Growth Operators in Tech began in 2025 as the Growth Series, a community of 300 members whose conversations have reached over 5,000 people. It has grown bigger since: a quarterly publication, and soon, research and conferences. Behind all of it, a small team.

Oluwanisola has spent a career in growth and product marketing across African tech, with one throughline: enabling access. To tools, to income, to knowledge, to the people who need them.
GOIT is that throughline turned into an organisation. Oluwanisola convenes the community, hosts the Growth Series, and sets the quarterly question that each issue of the Pulse answers.
Editors shape each issue of the Pulse: reading pitches, selecting the strongest, and working with writers to make their essays land. It's a volunteer role at the centre of the publication.
